ARCA is working with an established and growing engineering consultancy specialising in next generation high-voltage infrastructure projects across the UK.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint a Site / Project Engineer to support the delivery of substation, overhead line, cable installation and grid connection projects.
This is a varied position offering exposure to site engineering, design coordination and project delivery, with excellent opportunities for long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and coordination of HV infrastructure projects.
- Assist with site supervision, subcontractor management and project planning.
- Produce and update CAD drawings and technical documentation.
- Coordinate surveys, site activities and project resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and internal project teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in site engineering or project delivery within construction or infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and an understanding of engineering drawings.
- Experience within transmission and distribution, substations or HV infrastructure would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
