Arca Resourcing is supporting a growing specialist engineering business in Gloucester operating within the UK energy and infrastructure sector to appoint a Junior Project Manager. This opportunity is open to individuals with experience in project coordination or early‑stage project management. You do not need to come from an energy or utilities background; candidates from construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other project‑based environments are encouraged to apply.
The Role
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects
- Assisting with project plans, schedules, and resource coordination
- Working with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong communication
- Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring project progress and supporting reporting activities
- Assisting with risk identification and mitigation
