The Role
As ARCA continues to grow, we’re investing in our contract recruitment capability and are looking for a senior managing consultant to lead it from the front. You’ll be the subject‑matter expert for contract technology and engineering recruitment. Initially hands‑on, you’ll design and scale our contractor solutions, embed best practice, and build and lead a team underneath you. You’ll report directly into the Co‑Founder and work closely with the leadership team as the business continues to scale.

- Own the strategy and execution of ARCA’s contractor recruitment solutions across engineering and technology
- Define how we attract, engage, place and retain contractors in medtech, medical devices and adjacent engineering sectors
- Shape commercial models including margins, rates, IR35 and client solutions
- Personally manage and grow a high‑value contract desk
