ARCA is partnered with a rapidly scaling, world class motion simulation business seeking to expand its operations team. We are looking to recruit two experienced and enthusiastic Project Planners. The successful candidates will work within a team of technical experts who specialise in the design, build and commissioning of world class motion simulators.
You will be responsible for assuring that all projects planning activities are delivered on time, working closely with the Technical Project Managers. Your duties will include:
- Working with technical teams to develop project plans and master summary schedules
- Undertaking schedule risk analysis and applying schedule risk as required
- Undertaking schedule status, forecast and analysis against critical path milestones
- Reporting to management and developing schedule recovery plans
- Understanding resource vs. schedule impacts and reporting accordingly

Essential Skills & experience:
- A degree qualification (engineering discipline preferable) or equivalent project planning experience
- Experienced in project planning and scheduling
- Familiarity with scheduling tools including OPC, Open Plan or P6, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint
- A logical approach to approaching tasks and solving problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaboration and Engagement skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure dynamic environment
