What You’ll Do * Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) matters. * Ensure all company activities comply with HSE policies, procedures, and industry regulations. * Conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. * Lead incident investigations, ensuring root causes are addressed. * Develop and deliver H&S training, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. * Work cross-functionally to embed a strong safety culture across the business. * Support HR with occupational health matters. What You’ll Bring * NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Health & Safety qualification. * 5+ years of experience in a standalone or managerial H&S role. * Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar high-tech engineering environment. * Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices. * A proactive approach to continuous improvement and cultural change.
