ARCA is partnered with an aerospace client supporting a key programme and looking to bring in 2 x Senior EWIS Engineers. This role sits across full lifecycle wiring / harness design, from early concept through to installation definition.
You will be working on:
- Defining, coordinating and managing EWIS interfaces across multiple systems
- Developing 2D wiring diagrams from system requirements and documentation
- Creating detailed 3D harness models
- Generating harness BoMs and manufacturing / installation drawings (MBD beneficial)
They are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in EWIS / harness design within aerospace
- Can operate across concept through to detailed design independently
- Is comfortable working closely with systems, design and integration teams
- Understands installation constraints and real-world integration challenges
Contract details:
- 3-month rolling contract (long-term programme)
- Bristol-based, hybrid working (2-3 days onsite ideally)
- Outside IR35
