ARCA is supporting an aerospace programme to bring in multiple Senior Design Engineers on a contract basis. These are hands-on roles within an established design team, working across airframe structures on a live programme.
The work:
- Design and development of airframe primary and secondary structures
- CAD modelling and drawing release using CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx)
- Working closely with stress, manufacturing and wider engineering teams to resolve design challenges
- Contributing to design reviews and supporting progression through the design lifecycle
What they're looking for:
- Strong experience across airframe structures (primary and/or secondary)
- Confident user of CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx)
- Experience operating at design check / approval level is a strong advantage
- Composite design experience would be beneficial
