The Role
- Reporting to senior leadership, you will support the commercial and contractual management across the business, with particular emphasis on:
- Supporting the management and administration of client and subcontractor contracts
- Assisting with NEC4 contract processes, including early warnings and compensation events
- Ensuring contractual documentation, insurances, and compliance records are accurate and up to date
- Supporting contract reviews, amendments, and governance processes
- Working with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and delivered
- Maintaining organised records of contracts and commercial documentation
- Supporting risk identification and ensuring appropriate commercial controls are in place
