ARCA Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a pioneering engineering company developing disruptive motion and simulation technology for high-performance applications. With a strong growth trajectory and a reputation for technical excellence, they are now looking to expand their Project Management team with a Project Manager to help deliver their next generation of systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of experience in project management to further their career in a fast-paced, hands-on engineering environment. You will be supporting complex, cutting-edge projects across the full delivery lifecycle – from planning through to build and commissioning – while working with world-class engineers and specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of technically advanced engineering projects from concept through to final delivery
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to maintain high standards of quality and performance across all phases
- Help plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain progress across workstreams
- Prepare and deliver clear project documentation, updates, and stakeholder reports
- Build strong internal relationships to facilitate alignment and effective communication
- Contribute to the ongoing development of project management tools and processes
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree (any subject) or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in a project management role, ideally in an engineering, manufacturing, or technology-focused environment
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Proactive, organised, and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams
