A global engineering and technology organisation is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its growing engineering team in the greater Bristol area. Working within a collaborative multi‑disciplinary engineering team, you will help design and develop electrical systems and sub‑assemblies for highly engineered products used by international customers worldwide. The Role

Reporting to a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering electrical design solutions across new and customised product developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical modules and sub‑assemblies for new and customised products
  • Produce detailed electrical schematics, drawings, models, and engineering documentation
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant international and industry safety standards
  • Support product verification through calculations, testing, and fault‑finding activities
  • Select suitable electrical components to meet customer and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to engineering change and product customisation processes
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Support delivery of projects to agreed quality, cost, and timescale targets
