Salary: Competitive depending on experience + benefits ARCA Consulting is supporting an established and growing business in the appointment of an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director.
This is a trusted and varied role, ideal for a highly organised, proactive professional who is confident working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing the Managing Director’s diary, meetings and appointments.
- Coordinating travel, meetings, agendas and meeting packs.
- Taking minutes, maintaining action trackers and following up on key actions.
- Supporting with emails, correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Acting as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining confidential records and supporting with general administration.
- Proactively monitoring deadlines, priorities and commitments. About you:
- Previous PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Discreet, professional and highly dependable.
- Able to work independently, use initiative and manage changing priorities.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and confidently following up on actions.
Experience within construction, engineering, utilities or another project-based environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
