This is a full-time, or temp to perm role for a Construction Site Manager based in the Manchester Area (Stretford). The Construction Site Manager will oversee day-to-day on-site operations on a scheme comprising 40 flats and 11 houses. The Site Manager will need to be adept at working autonomously as No' 1 on site.
- Experience of residential construction is a must.
- Demonstrated expertise in Site Management and Construction Site Management.
- Strong skills in planning and organizing on-site operations.
- Some experience in cost control and budgeting for construction projects.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
