For Chinese luxury and contemporary brands seeking to establish a presence in Western markets, Arc's London office leads and oversees all brand activations. This includes creative direction and asset development, campaign production, lookbooks, seasonal catwalk shows, communications strategy, marketing, influencer and KOL engagement, talent partnerships, media relations, brand collaborations, and strategic partnerships.

The agency's portfolio includes an impressive roster of industry-leading brands and platforms, including Mo & Co, Edition, Mithridate (under the creative direction of Daniel Fletcher), Feng Chen Wang, Liberty London, ERDOS, SheerLuxe, and Urban Revivo. Who We Are Looking For:

Arc is seeking a VIP Director to join its London team. This newly created role has been designed to support the evolving needs of the agency’s growing client portfolio. Offering significant autonomy and direct access to key stakeholders, it presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional to make a meaningful impact, establish themselves within the business, and further accelerate their career development. You would be working directly into the Global Head of Communications and Talent.

Responsibilities, Tasks & Skills:

  • The development and execution of the clients seasonal VIP strategies aligned with wider brand and business objectives, ensuring consistent and impactful brand visibility, alongside the Global Head of Communications and Talent services.
  • Proactively identify, strategise and secure VIP & celebrity dressing for red carpet features, events and partnerships.
  • Oversee monthly KOL content curation projects.
  • Liaise with the communications team to manage all VIP requests and special events.
  • Monitor VIP press coverage for all celebrity dressing.
  • Direct contact with celebrities, drawing upon existing relationships with publicists, socials, and celebrity stylists.
  • Conduct appointments with celebrity stylists and agents.
  • Staying highly informed on fashion, entertainment, social, and cultural trends to identify relevant moments, emerging conversations, and opportunities that enhance brand visibility and relevance.
  • Have a full understanding of the global cultural calendar.
  • Communicate with daily, weekly, long lead and digital press contacts on celebrity dressing releases and larger story ideas and features.
  • Compile monthly VIP status reports; comparing each month’s performances.
  • Have a full understanding of working with budgets and ROI.
  • Manage samples traffic and returns.
  • Oversee and support junior members of the team.

Key Attributes:

  • Minimum 5+ years (or equivalent) demonstrable experience preferably in a luxury brand handling multiple labels.
  • Bring and maintain a wealth of relationships with publicists, stylists, industry contacts, socialites, editors and bloggers.
  • Have experience wrangling and securing socials and VIP for events attendance.
  • Must have a solid understanding of celebrity world, fashion trends and industry.
  • Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Extremely organised, strong attention to detail, demonstrate that you have worked in an environment with competing deadlines and multiple tasks - with a good dose of common sense and initiative.
  • Be motivated and motivating, hardworking, methodical; displays leadership qualities and effectively delegates where appropriate.
  • Sets goals, monitors and reviews plans and prioritises tasks effectively.
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Canvas, Lefty, Powerpoint and FGPS.
  • Educated to A-Level standard or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
