Scope of Work:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive brand partnership strategy supporting Arc’s global clientele, focusing on brand alignment and campaign objectives.
- Lead talent booking and casting for high-profile campaigns, ensuring a seamless match between talent and brand values.
- Negotiate contracts and deals with talent, ensuring favorable terms aligned with client objectives and budgets.
- Implement a unified talent and influencer engagement strategy across global markets, including KOL activations, red carpet appearances, and presence at cultural moments—both organic and paid.
- Provide strategic guidance to talent and internal teams, exploring new collaboration opportunities to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with talent agencies, management firms, and individual talents, especially in the US and UK markets, to access top-tier talent.
- Support campaign planning with insights and creative direction, focusing on talent integration.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team responsible for brand partnerships, fostering growth and collaboration.
