You will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and processing of invoices across Arc's managed service contracts, cloud, cybersecurity and project-based billing, while maintaining customer billing records and resolving queries.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PSA/ERP systems.
