Role Overview: This is a great opportunity to join an expanding cloud lead business growing rapidly within the MSP space. The immediate role will be to support the internal support desk with 3rd line tickets, taking on all complex tickets supporting various clients from different verticals. The candidate should have excellent knowledge and broad understanding of all technical areas run within a general MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be expected to work from our Yateley office helping support the 1st line teams with escalations and also be a mentor to 2nd line members. As part of the group, you will be responsible for managing and resolving tickets before then escalating to 4th dedicated support areas within the group. Your time will be mixed between Yateley and Basildon in terms of support tickets. Occasionally there may be calls to visit sites for technical issues, although this will not be your primary function.

Minimum 5 years experience within IT infrastructure.
