We are recruiting Skilled Production Operatives to join a manufacturing site in Halifax, working on High Pressure Reactors (HPRs) and associated production equipment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where safety, quality and compliance are essential. You will be involved in the full production process from raw material input through to finished product, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- You will operate and support HPR equipment and other production machinery, working in line with strict procedures, safety standards and quality requirements.
- The role involves monitoring equipment performance, identifying issues early and supporting fault finding to minimise downtime.
- You will also carry out quality checks, ensure products meet specification and complete production records and documentation accurately.
- In addition, you will support sampling activities and may work alongside technical teams.
