Arc Recruitment is seeking an organised and proactive Rota & Staff Engagement Coordinator to join a growing organisation supporting children and young people through specialist programmes. In this role you will own scheduling, create and maintain rosters in advance, and work closely with managers to ensure services are fully staffed and safeguarding requirements are met.

You will produce workforce reports and drive continuous improvements in planning and efficiency.
