An established and growing business is looking to recruit an Operations Project Manager to support operational improvements across its logistics and operational functions. This is a newly created role that would suit someone who enjoys working with data, systems and process improvement, and who can successfully manage projects from concept through to implementation. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will play an important role in driving efficiency across the business and will have the opportunity to present project updates at monthly board meetings.
The Role
- Lead and support a range of operational improvement projects, working closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Reviewing and improving operational and distribution processes.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems.
- Assisting with the development and improvement of internal processes and workflows.
- Analysing operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Managing projects from planning through to successful delivery.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
