The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and a strong communicator, capable of multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced environment. You\’ll be the link between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Prioritise urgent requests and manage competing workloads. * Coordinate work schedules and allocate resources efficiently. * Monitor and manage the project inbox; delegate to the Project Assistant as needed. * Organise and attend meetings (virtual and face-to-face) with clients/stakeholders to define requirements and track progress. * Conduct site visits as required to oversee shop fits and new builds. * Maintain detailed project documentation using SharePoint. * Identify risks, flag issues, and support with solutions. * Line-manage the Project Assistant to maintain high performance and task completion. Key Skills & Attributes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organisational and time-management abilities * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy * Positive, proactive and flexible attitude * Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint * Construction industry knowledge (advantageous but not essential) * Familiarity with health and safety standards (desirable) Additional Competencies * Problem-solving: Able to quickly analyse challenges and develop practical solutions. * Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting plans and approaches in response to project changes. * Leadership: Capable of guiding and overseeing junior team members. * Resource coordination: Ensure teams have the right tools and support to deliver effectively.
