Lead the marketing strategy for a premium Harley Street medical aesthetics clinic. We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing with a strong background in aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness marketing to drive the next phase of growth for a prestigious Harley Street clinic. This is a senior, strategic, and hands‑on leadership role responsible for developing and executing a full‑funnel marketing strategy across digital marketing, brand, PR, content, events, and patient acquisition. Marketing in a clinical environment requires a thoughtful, ethical, and highly regulated approach. The successful candidate will combine strong digital marketing expertise with an understanding of patient psychology, clinical credibility, and compliance requirements. You will work closely with clinic leadership and practitioners while managing internal marketing resources and external PR, digital and creative agencies to deliver measurable growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Own and lead the full marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
  • Drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness
  • Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and performance insights
  • Lead and mentor the Marketing Executive
  • Collaborate closely with clinicians and senior leadership

Digital Marketing & Growth:

  • Oversee SEO, PPC, Paid Social and website optimisation
  • Manage digital agencies to increase high‑quality traffic, leads and enquiries
  • Improve conversion rates (CRO), website UX and digital performance
  • Use analytics and insights to optimise campaigns and strategy
  • Lead PR strategy, media coverage and thought leadership for clinicians
  • Plan events, workshops, and patient education initiatives
  • Oversee social media strategy and content direction
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all channels

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven marketing experience within aesthetics, healthcare, wellness clinics, or another regulated sector
  • Strong understanding of compliant healthcare marketing
  • Expertise in digital marketing: SEO, PPC, CRO, Paid Social and analytics
  • Experience managing PR, digital and creative agencies
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness

You will be analytical, highly organised, and confident working with medical professionals and senior leadership in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
