Warehouse Operative / Parts Assistant (FLT Counterbalance) Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour + Holiday Pay Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:30pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Parts Assistant to join a busy parts department on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence looking for long-term employment with a well-established company. Key Responsibilities: * Picking and packing parts and components accurately * Loading and unloading deliveries using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck * Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock * Preparing orders for dispatch * Maintaining stock accuracy and warehouse organisation * Assisting with general warehouse and parts department duties * Following all health and safety procedures Requirements: * Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential) * Previous warehouse and/or parts department experience * Experience loading and unloading vehicles * Good attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, punctual and a strong team player Benefits: * £13.50 per hour plus holiday pay * Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Immediate start available * Friendly and supportive working environment If you have a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and are looking for your next opportunity, apply today
