We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator to join our client’s team, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke, high-quality metal products. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated fabrication professional with strong MIG and TIG welding experience who takes pride in delivering precision workmanship to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate bespoke metal components from technical drawings and specifications
- Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
- Cut, form, assemble, and finish sheet metal parts
- Operate fabrication machinery, hand tools, and workshop equipment safely and efficiently
- Work with a variety of metals and materials
- Ensure all work meets required tolerances, quality standards, and production deadlines
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ fabrication experience (required)
- Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good understanding of fabrication techniques, material properties, and finishing processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
