We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and commercially focused Senior Growth Manager to play a key role in driving sustainable business growth and developing new income streams. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on professional with experience in business development, bid management, commercial growth, and client engagement. Working closely with the senior team you will lead the development of business cases, proposals, tenders, and pilot projects from initial concept through to contract award and mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the organisation's commercial growth strategy and associated action plans.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and sustainable revenue streams.
  • Build robust, evidence-based business cases and commercial proposals.
  • Lead end-to-end bid and tender processes, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients, funders, commercial partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage pilot schemes from conception through to mobilisation and monetisation.
  • Analyse market opportunities and use data to strengthen commercial propositions.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to develop winning solutions and proposals.
  • Support the retention, expansion, and diversification of existing client contracts.
  • Ensure successful handover and mobilisation of awarded projects.

About You

  • Proven experience in business development, commercial growth, bid management, or proposal development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience developing successful tenders, bids, and commercial proposals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to influence and coordinate contributions from a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A highly organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working towards revenue growth and commercial performance targets.
