A great opportunity has arisen for a Quality Administrator to join a forward-thinking organisation committed to high standards, consistency, and continuous improvement. Working in a small, supportive team, you will help drive quality through audits, analysis, reporting and collaboration across departments.\\n\\nKey responsibilities\\n\\n• Conduct audits across call quality, CRM data and client interactions\\n• Analyse audit results and present clear, actionable insights\\n• Share audit outcomes with managers within seven days\\n• Track agreed actions to completion with evidence recorded\\n• Recommend improvements to enhance quality and reduce failure rates\\n• Maintain accurate QA records and documentation\\n• Support creation of dashboards or reports to monitor performance\\n• Help improve QA methodologies, tools and processes\\n• Expand QA coverage across additional departments\\n• Maintain relevance and accuracy of QA criteria\\n• Collaborate with teams to refine scoring criteria\\n• Support staff development linked to quality outcomes\\n• Assist in developing and delivering training materials\\n• Identify opportunities for quality process improvement\\n• Act as a point of contact for quality-related queries\\n• Respond to internal queries within one business day\\n• Build strong working relationships across departments\\n• Provide quality insights for improvement projects\\n• Track project milestones and flag delays promptly\\n• Ensure QA activities meet internal policies and external regulations\\n• Support audit readiness and compliance reviews\\n• Keep QA procedures and documents up to date\\n• Assist in creating and maintaining standardised SOPs\\n• Communicate clearly, listen actively and provide constructive feedback\\n• Interpret data and identify trends\\n• Organise workload effectively and manage time well\\n• Present quality findings confidently to varied audiences\\n\\nSkills and experience\\n\\n• Proficient in Microsoft Office\\n• Experience with CRM systems (beneficial)\\n• Power BI experience (desirable)\\n• Process mapping, project coordination or change awareness (desirable)
