Overview
A values-led SME is seeking a People Partner to lead and deliver a strategic people agenda across a multi-site workforce (~90 employees). This is a high-impact role focused on culture, leadership capability, talent development, and people insights, working closely with senior leadership. HR administration and payroll are managed separately.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers
- Embed values and drive engagement and culture initiatives
- Lead workforce planning and organisational development
- Manage complex employee relations cases
- Coach managers on people issues and early intervention
- Design and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Lead performance and development frameworks
- Build manager capability through coaching and tools
- Support succession planning and career pathways
- Contribute to reward reviews and wellbeing initiatives
- Lead people analytics and provide actionable insights

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a People Partner or senior HR generalist role
- Strong UK employment law and ER experience
- Proven ability to influence and coach managers
- Experience designing scalable HR processes
- Data-driven with strong stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Desirable
- CIPD Level 7 (or working towards)
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or multi-site environments
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. Sage HR)
