We are currently recruiting for a Leaseholder Communication Manager to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking property management business. This is a pivotal role, acting as the key link between the business and a large portfolio of property investors. You will take ownership of all leaseholder communication, translating complex financial and operational data into clear, meaningful insights while ensuring a high standard of service and compliance.
This opportunity is ideal for a law graduate or commercially minded professional looking to apply legal knowledge in a dynamic, operational environment.
The Role:
- Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, managing all enquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Providing regular updates on property performance including income, occupancy, and arrears
- Producing high-quality newsletters and investor communications
- Translating financial and operational data into clear, accessible information
- Supporting arrears management and resolving account queries in collaboration with finance
- Reviewing contracts, leases, and supplier agreements to identify risks and obligations
- Monitoring legislation across PBSA, BTR, and HMO sectors and advising internal teams
- Supporting compliance across property, legal, and data protection requirements
- Driving adoption of a digital leaseholder platform and improving user engagement
- Working closely with internal departments including finance, maintenance, and lettings
What We’re Looking For:
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) or strong legal/commercial background
- Experience in a customer-facing, compliance, or operational role
- Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret reports and statements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage stakeholders and handle complex or sensitive queries
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Desirable:
- Experience within property, leasehold, PBSA, BTR, or HMO sectors
- Knowledge of service charges and lease structures
- Professional qualifications (IRPM, ARLA) or willingness to work towards
