Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a part-time role that offers a great work-life balance? Our client is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Administrator to join their busy and supportive team on a permanent basis.

Hours of Work:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
  • 9:30am – 2:30pm

The Role:

As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the business. Duties will include:

  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring all required documentation is completed
  • Processing HMRC agent authorisations
  • Raising sales invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Directing enquiries to the appropriate department
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks

About You:

The successful candidate will have:
