An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Account Executive to join a well-established and growing compliance and engineering services business based in Brighouse. Our client is a respected provider operating nationwide, supporting businesses across sectors including manufacturing, transport, waste management, automotive and renewables. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their sales team with a motivated and customer-focused individual.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position focused on managing both new and existing customer accounts. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Managing inbound and outbound sales activity
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Converting sales leads and identifying growth opportunities
- Re-engaging lapsed customers
