We’re working with a fantastic client in Halifax who is looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to join their friendly and growing team. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing both new and existing business relationships. This role would suit someone who is organised, motivated, and experienced in sales or account management, ideally with exposure to selling products or services into the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Updating and maintaining the company CRM system
- Setting appointments and following up on leads
- Supporting the wider sales team with account management and administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience selling into the public sector is advantageous
