A fantastic opportunity is available to join the growing Arc Primary Care pharmacy team within Chesterfield & Dronfield PCN, working alongside experienced clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
The role offers a broad range of clinical responsibilities, including:
- Structured Medication Reviews & medicines optimisation
- Long-term condition management
- Repeat prescribing and medicines reconciliation
- Care home and domiciliary medication reviews
- Medicines safety and risk management
- Clinical audits and quality improvement
- Patient-facing consultations
- Education, mentoring and MDT working
Previous general practice experience and independent prescribing are desirable, but not essential.
Newly qualified pharmacists and those with limited primary care experience are encouraged to apply, with support available to complete the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (PCPEP).
