Your new role

  • As a
  • Compliance Manager - Responsive Repair and Services

, you'll be leading the delivery and effective management of the Arc Risk Management Responsive, Repair and Services team and the associated services it provides.

You'll develop strategy and implement relevant risk mitigation and advisory services to support the business needs of Arc Partnership Ltd and the clients to whom professional services are provided.

What you'll do

  • Act as the 'senior specialist' for Responsive Repair and Services management within Arc Partnership Ltd.
  • Ensure effective resourcing of workload, taking account of the capacity of both your team and individual.
  • Liaise with, and support, Senior figures and Arc Call Out Supervisors with major incidents affecting the clients properties, service provision and their business continuity.
  • Provide technical input during projects to support and influence design standards, and to ensure appropriate risk mitigation measures are considered and included wherever possible, to enhance integration with other Arc teams/disciplines and improve project design and delivery outputs.
  • Champion collaboration and continuous improvement - Work as part of a "One Team" culture, contributing to business improvement, knowledge sharing and high-performance standards.
  • Represent the business with confidence - Act as an ambassador at client meetings and events, strengthening partnerships and promoting our services.

What you'll bring

Essential

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent. For example: HNC/HND + 2 years post qual experience, ONC/OND + 5 years post qual experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing contactors carrying out responsive repairs and services in a safe and competent manner.
  • Experience of developing and co-ordinating programmes of responsive repairs and services.
  • Experience in advising and supporting clients and relevant stakeholders about responsive repairs and services.
  • Experience of managing a team of responsive repairs and services staff.
  • Membership of a relevant recognised professional body. For example: The Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM)
  • A flexible approach which may sometimes mean working outside of normal working hours

Desirable

  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent Health & Safety/Facilities certification
  • Experience of managing and procuring contractors and consultants/contractors within the public sector.
