We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services organisation for a Head of Operations to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary operations function covering plumbing, electrical and air conditioning services across residential and commercial projects. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for operational delivery, team performance, customer satisfaction and financial efficiency.
The Role
As Head of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the Operations Department, managing engineers, coordinators and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will act as a senior representative of the business, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams while reporting directly to the Managing Director.
