CIVILS WORKING FOREMAN – CENTRAL NORWICH
Immediate Start | Ongoing Contract (up to 2 years work)
Hourly Rate - £25- £27 per hour (CIS)
ARC are recruiting for an experienced
Civils Working Foreman to join an ongoing civils project in Central Norwich.
The Role:
- Supervising and supporting a gang of 8 groundworkers and machine operators
- Taking a hands-on approach to daily civils and groundworks activities
- Coordinating the workforce to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
- Monitoring progress and ensuring work is completed to programme and specification
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site housekeeping
- Liaising with site management and reporting on progress and any issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Civils Working Foreman or Working Supervisor
- Strong background in civils, groundworks and infrastructure projects
- Experience supervising groundworkers and machine operators
- 360 Excavator ticket would be advantageous
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead and motivate a gang
