About the Role
You’ll work as part of a crew loading the lorry, emptying dust carts, and keeping daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. This is hands-on, physical work where teamwork and efficiency are essential.
Key Duties
- Loading and emptying dust carts as part of a team
- Supporting smooth daily waste collection operations
- Working Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (overtime rates apply)
- Maintaining speed and accuracy to meet daily targets
- Following all safety procedures and site guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in waste, recycling, labouring, or similar environments
- Physically fit and able to lift, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- Strong awareness of safety and willingness to follow instructions
- Essential PPE: safety shoes and high‑visibility vest
