Are you a Multi Skilled Operative looking for work? ARC are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative. For this position, you must have the following experience in:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Bricklaying
- Fencing
- Flooring
- Groundworks
The type of work will involve:
- Deliver reactive maintenance and repairs within occupied properties
- Complete standard repairs within a 30-day timeframe
- Respond to emergency callouts within 24 hours
- Carry out void property works to bring homes up to lettable standard
- Work efficiently across a high-volume housing portfolio
You must have previous proven experience in social housing.
Hours vary: 8am–4pm or 8:30am–5pm, with 3:30 finish Fridays (37 hours/week)
