What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and coordinating container movements from Felixstowe and London Gateway
  • Managing your own fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficiency and strong service delivery
  • Building positive, professional relationships with drivers and keeping communication clear and consistent
  • Taking ownership of daily challenges and resolving issues quickly and effectively
  • Booking and managing VBS slots accurately to keep operations on track

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in transport planning, ideally within container or haulage operations
  • Ability to stay organised and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of port operations and VBS systems
  • Familiarity with TOPS (beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A proactive, motivated mindset with the confidence to take ownership of your work
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
