We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our client's social housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and documents for social housing projects
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditure, and report on cost variations
  • Contract administration
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve cost-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs and contribute to financial reporting

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Some experience in construction cost management, preferably within social housing
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with cost management software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
