Carry out property surveys across social housing, focusing on planned and responsive works, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. It will include travelling to different sites in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Relevant qualification in building surveying, construction, or equivalent experience
- Full UK driving licence
