I'm working with a leading housebuilder delivering a multi-phase residential development in Buckinghamshire. The scheme will consist of around 250+ traditionally built homes, including houses and low-rise apartments, over a 6-year programme.
They are looking to appoint a Senior Contract Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for the scheme. This is a long-term, site-based role with occasional visits to the head office, ideally suited to someone based in the M11/M1 corridor.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Main Contracting
- Stable employment history
- Groundworks remeasurement experience essential
- Ability to take ownership of a high-value residential development
Qualifications:
