ARC Recruitment are currently recruiting Hygiene Cleaning Operatives for a well-established fresh produce company based in Easton, Norwich. This role offers immediate starts and multiple positions for candidates with previous food factory cleaning experience.
Shift Details
- Current shift: 18:00 – 02:00
- Future shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 18:00 – 06:00
Pay rate: £12.21 - £12.27 / £13.68 - £13.75 per hour (PAYE / PAYE AUTO)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment across all factory areas
- Cleaning production and processing areas
- Mopping floors and washing walls
- Cleaning machinery and equipment
- Emptying bins and general housekeeping
- Preparing production lines for processing
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous food factory or hygiene cleaning experience (essential)
- COSHH training (preferred)
- IPAF ticket (Mobile Vertical 3a/3b) – advantageous
- Reliable, proactive, and hard-working attitude
- Own transport preferred due to location
