We are currently recruiting for an Electrician for an established construction trade specialist providing building and contract maintenance services across East Anglia. Their expertise includes building works, plumbing and heating, domestic and industrial electrical services, grounds maintenance, repairs and restorations, extensions, modifications, testing, and servicing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults
- Working on domestic and industrial electrical projects
- Completing electrical engineering tasks to a high standard
- Accurately completing test sheets, job sheets, and site audits using a company-supplied tablet
You must have the following to qualify:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation / Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
- Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Confidence using digital systems for reporting and documentation
