Your Mission:
- Own the entire import/export process, managing all documentation and HMRC returns for high-spec semiconductor products
- Prepare, review, and track shipping and customs documents, ensuring accuracy at every step
- Act as the link between customs authorities, freight providers, and internal teams
- Guarantee full compliance with UK and international trade regulations, including export controls and sanctions
- Keep precise records for audits and regulatory reviews
- Troubleshoot customs issues, resolve delays, and ensure seamless shipment flows
- Provide logistics expertise to support procurement, production, and sales teams
What We\’re Looking For:
- Demonstrable experience in import/export, logistics, or international shipping (technology/semiconductors a big plus)
- In-depth knowledge of customs procedures, international compliance, and export controls
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communicator and proactive team player
- Skilled with ERP and logistics systems (Expandable ERP experience is an advantage)
- Analytical mindset and confident in anticipating and solving complex problems
- Ideally, a legal background with contract law familiarity
- Motivated to keep pace with evolving global trade regulations
