ARC is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join a long-term project running until April 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major electrical installation project, ensuring all works are delivered to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Electrical QA Responsibilities

  • Carry out quality inspections on electrical installations
  • Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and regulations
  • Complete ITPs, snag lists, and quality documentation
  • Liaise with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Monitor testing & commissioning processes
  • Ensure compliance with BS7671 and project QA procedures
  • Support handover and final quality sign-off

Electrical QA Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Electrical QA / Quality role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical standards and regulations (BS7671)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
  • Experience completing QA paperwork and inspections
  • SSSTS / SMSTS (preferred)
  • ECS / JIB Card (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
