We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Small Works Electrical Manager to join their team based near Bottisham, Cambridge. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role, responsible for managing electrical small works projects from enquiry through to completion.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple small works electrical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate electrical small works projects from quotation to final account
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Review specifications, drawings, and scope of works
  • Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
  • Prepare and review quotations, costings, and variations
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and profitability
  • Handle project documentation, reporting, and handover processes
About You
  • Proven experience managing electrical small works projects
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical installations and regulations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with experience managing costs and budgets
  • Confident working in an office-based management role
