About the Role:
Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and project teams, you\’ll assist in the commercial management of various housing contracts from reactive maintenance to planned works and refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities:

Support in preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts.

Assist in cost tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.

Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely information.

Help procure subcontract packages and analyse quotes.

Maintain and organise contract documentation and commercial records.

Learn and grow through hands-on experience and mentioning from senior staff.
