ARC Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an industrial construction project based near Leeds (LS25). The role will involve managing the delivery of a steel frame and cladding build within the energy and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations on an industrial build project
- Manage subcontractors and ensure safe, efficient site delivery
- Coordinate materials, labour, and programme targets
- Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality, and site compliance
- Report progress to senior management and maintain accurate site records
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within industrial construction
- Background in steel frame and cladding essential
- Experience in the energy sector or similar environments advantageousStrong communication and organisational skills
Essential Qualifications
- SMSTS
- CSCS Managers Card
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving Licence
