Goods In / Goods Out Operative | NR5 | £12.50–£13.00ph | IMMEDIATE STARTS! ARC Group Norwich is working with a valued client based in NR5, Norwich. We’re currently recruiting for a Goods In / Goods Out Operative to join their warehouse team on a temporary ongoing basis – with a strong chance of long-term work for the right candidate.

Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.68 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate
Job Type: Temp Ongoing
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
- Ensuring goods are accurately booked in
- Preparing and dispatching outgoing shipments
- Maintaining accurate stock records and paperwork
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Keeping the warehouse area clean, organised, and safe
- Operating forklifts (if licensed)
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Goods In / Goods Out or similar warehouse role
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT skills (for booking goods in/out)
- Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights
- FLT licence is a strong advantage but not essential – training may be provided
