Role
We are recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a commercial facilities management company, covering sites across Norfolk. The role involves planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial environments.
Duties
- PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding, testing, and repairs
- Lighting, power, emergency lighting, and small works
- Ensure compliance with electrical and H&S regulations
- Complete job reports and certification
- Participate in call-out rota (if required)
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition
- Commercial maintenance or FM experience
- Ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- 2391 or Testing & Inspection
- Facilities management experience
