We are currently partnering with a well-respected Quantity Surveying consultancy, seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join their growing team. This is a client-side role within a consultancy environment, and Employer's Agent (EA) experience is essential.
My client works across a range of projects and is looking for a PQS who is confident managing schemes from early cost advice through to final account, while also fulfilling EA duties and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
The role will involve:
- Delivering PQS services across multiple projects from feasibility to completion
- Undertaking Employer's Agent responsibilities, including contract administration and client reporting
- Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
- Managing procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Advising clients on cost, risk, and contractual matters
- Working closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders

- Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor within a QS consultancy
